Family-Style Dinner by Chef Shelley Cooper with a Cocktail Arrival and welcome by Cookbook Author Sheri Castle
Share an authentic Appalachian dinner in the rustic surroundings of Springhouse at Old Edwards. Wine and bourbon will flow freely around the tables at this family-style celebration of the bounties of the mountains.

Sip hard cider while Victuals author Ronni Lundy and Garden and Gun Editor Jed Portman pair up for an entertaining Appalachian Chat session, followed by a lunch created by Chefs Travis Milton and Chris Huerta inspired by traditional miners' lunchboxes of Appalachia. 
Browse through a retail farmers market of local and regional providers for goodies to take home and cook up your own Appalachian victuals.
